Hi, I am Tim.
I am a California licensed real estate agent and a 22-year California attorney, in Southern California since 1999 and rooted in coastal Orange County. I serve all of Southern California, with a specialty in the coastal Orange County stretch I know best. I built my law practice around careful, detail-driven work that keeps clients out of trouble, and I am bringing that same discipline to real estate.
Coaching Special Olympics Southern California since 1999 has shaped how I show up for the people I work with. Trust matters. Communication matters. Doing what you say you will do matters.
A portion of every commission I earn goes to Special Olympics Southern California, or a nonprofit of your choice, so your transaction leaves a mark that outlasts the deal itself.
